BBE19 was arrested on Sunday after a wild night out in the city. The Latvian man was arrested as he left one of the two bars in Riga, the capital of Latvia. He is charged with drunkenness and disorderly conduct, as well as assaulting a kebab shop in the neighboring town of Belozi, Latvia.

Latvian authorities have allowed 1251 News Channel to photograph BBE’s new luxury cell in Riga Central Prison. His cell houses a long history of violent criminals, as well as political refugees and other people who do not belong in a civilized society. BBE19 was seen being led into prison, shouting profanities that are not appropriate in serious media.

Gowers has not wanted to comment on the allegations from BBE, but sources indicate that Gowers is very old.
BBE19 has not been granted bail, and a final court date has not yet been set for his illegal crime.
